Engineering Strength, Delivering Precision.

MOUNTING BOLT

Mounting bolts are metal fasteners that consist of a head and a shank. The head is usually round and has one or more slots cut into it to allow users to install them with a screwdriver or wrench.
Mounting bolts come in all shapes and sizes, so there are wide different varieties available on the market today. Common sizes include M2 – M8 for metric mounting bolts and #4 – 1/2″ for imperial mounting bolts.

SPINDLE BOLT

A Spindle Bolt is a type of fastener (not a weapon) used primarily in machinery and construction, especially in automotive, mechanical, or furniture applications. It typically connects components where a rotating or pivoting motion is required. The term “spindle” refers to a rotating axis or shaft, and the bolt secures or allows rotational movement within a system.

Spindle bolts are precision-machined, and their design varies based on the specific machinery or assembly they are used in.

CASTING HAND WHEEL

In the realm of industrial equipment and machinery, the cast hand wheel stands as an unassuming yet indispensable component.
One of the primary strengths of a cast hand wheel is its ability to provide mechanical advantage. By leveraging the principles of leverage, a relatively small amount of force applied to the hand wheel can be translated into a much larger force at the point of application.

SOCKET HEAD CAP SCREW

A socket head cap screw has a hex head and is used with a socket wrench driver. It’s versatile, with various sizes and finishes for different applications, like securing machine panels. Be cautious when buying to avoid fraud and ensure quality. Consider factors like finish, thread size, length, and drive size before purchasing. It is commonly used to secure panels and can be repaired if damaged.
