Ramesh.G.Sharma is the person who established Mahalaxmi Engineering Works (manufacturing unit) in the year 1986. Initially he started with a Trading company Uma Tools Centre in 1981. Sol Engineering Co was started in 2014 post the closure of its parent company Mahalaxmi Engineering Works (MEW) that had been in the business of manufacturing high quality specialized products since 1984.
His daughter Laxmi Nikhil Kotian started Sol Engineering co in October 2014.
